SuperCats early 8am trip today found us with a great group of people fresh of the Regal Princess cruise ship. We headed towards San Juan island, and to Salmon Bank, with part of K pod. We had a wonderful encounter with K's in a few tight groups, seemingly foraging. A lovely little lady did 2 breaches in the distance. A lovely way to start the morning.
Our afternoon trip found us offshore of K's and J's coming together at Salmon Bank, J's having ventured from Rosario Strait. Nice to see a little greeting ceremony, and those looking in the correct direction were treated to views of 'romantic' males woo-ing the females (if you know what I mean?!).
