Just when we thought that our Whale Watching Season was winding down, we get one of the best weeks of sightings of 2007!
The variety of marine mammals that we have seen in the past week is as good as it gets. (Humpback Whales, Transient Killer Whales, Resident Killer Whales, Minke Whales, Dall's Porpoise, Harbour Porpoise, Steller Sea Lions, California Sea Lions, Harbour Porpoise).
Let the news ring out from the hilltops and mountain tops across the valleys and oceans...October is a great month for whale watching in Victoria, B.C.!!!
Sorry...Three cups of coffee, a morning full of sunshine, calm seas, beautiful scenery and awe-inspiring wildlife will do that to me.
