We had a fun group of students on board this afternoon visiting from Mexico and they loved watching J-pod and the other amazing wildlife we showed them on this perfect spring day!
By the time we headed out in the afternoon the Orcas had traveled closer to Victoria and we encountered them just East of Sooke. We witnessed a lot of fishing for Salmon and if you look closely at the pictures above you will see two pictures of Salmon in the mouths of an Orca!
Amongst our passengers this afternoon was a group of students all the way from Mexico and they loved the Orcas and other wildlife we were able to show them.
Today marked the first day we had morning and afternoon trips and it was the perfect day to be on the water!
