The afternoon trip was spent with J pod and individuals from L pod socializing between Henry and Stuart Island in Haro Strait. There was incredible amounts of social activity within several small groupings of animals, with several breaches, spyhops, tail lobs and cartwheels being exhibited. However, what the actual meanings of these displays are....is still a mystery. Enjoy the photos! Top two pictures are of J30 - Riptide...Cartwheeling!
