Wildlife Adventure! April 28th, 2010.

Northern Elephant Seals are the second largest of the Pinnipeds (Seals & Sealions). A full grown male can reach 13' long and almost 4500lbs! At this time of year they are molting as can be seen in the pictures here.

First cruise ship tour of the 2010 season!

A rare sight, two Swans near Witty's Lagoon.

A full moon brought blustery conditions to the Salish Sea!

Here are a few images from today's adventure on the Salish Sea. Despite the blustery conditions we still managed to find plenty of exciting wildlife to show our passengers!

The conditions were spectacular at Race Rocks with the strong tide and winds combining for a very impressive display of the oceans strength.
