What a way to begin the 2011 Summer Solstice with a wonderful encounter with J-pod off Partridge Bank:) The Orcas were in a very energetic mood as we watched a number of Orcas tail-slapping, Tail lobbing and J30 "Riptide" doing some amazing cartwheels!
Apart from the Orcas we also encountered Harbour Seals, Harbour Porpoise, a Steller Sealion and at least three Minke Whales:)

Our family had a wonderful trip on the 21st. The crew tooks us pretty far out to make sure we saw the orca's while other tours turned around without success. We really appreciate it and the information provided during the trip about the different pods. I can't wait to tell my friends who have been to Victoria to go back and take this tour! Christensens
