Here are a few images by Ron Bates, MMRG, from today's exciting encounters with J-pod:) The Orcas were first sighted in Rosario Straight and moved swiftly towards the bottom end of Lopez Island. In the afternoon the Orcas had already moved up the west side of San Juan Island and were encountered near Lime Kiln Park.
