Here are a few wonderful images by Ron Bates, MMRG, from todays incredible encounters with a Transient Orcas, a Superpod (All 88 Southern Resident Orcas) plus several Humpback Whales, all off Victoria Waterfront!
Our first report of whales coming in the the West was of Transient Orcas near Race Rocks and then a couple of Humpbacks. By the end of the day we had encountered several Humpbacks, Transient Orcas, 88 Southern Resident Orcas plus Sealions & Seals!
It was an amazing day on the water:)
