Today's trip found us south of Whale Rocks with a resting K-Pod. We then received news that one of our favorite transient orcas, Pender (T14), was in the area. We caught up with Pender 2 miles north of Baynes Channel where we got a good look at the scarring on his dorsal fin (see photo). On the way back to Victoria Harbour, Captain Jeff spotted a Tufted Puffin in amongst three Rhinoceros Auklets. Quite a day for the FastCat crew!!
