My first trip out on FastCat today! We headed to just north of the ODASS buoy, east of Discovery, and south of San Juan (for those of you with a chart to hand!). Here we had part of L-pod in bouncy seas. We had L73 (Flash) pass by, as well as L55 with her family. A series of 3 breaches from one of the big males out there. We stopped by Oak Bay to see the bird life and the harbour seals! I was treated to 2 river otters on our docks, catching small fish, and bringing them on the dock to devour! Very cool.
