July 16th
FastCat's 9.30am trip today had us zipping across towards the bottom end of Rosario strait where we had J's and K's travelling down towards the bottom end. High speed porpoising seen, good to catch a glimpse of Cappuccino and Raggedy swimming by together. A lovely spyhop from one of the ladies, and the whole group hugged the shore as they rounded Colville, destination San Juan Island. At one point a tufted puffin flew by!
Our group of Brazilian school kids were fantastic, the boys brushed the girls wind swept long hair as we departed, and then the majority of the group was fast asleep both up top and downstairs on the way back to Victoria.
