This morning we headed over to the west side of San Juan Island and caught up with several members of L-pod including L12 "Alexis", L85 "Mystery" and L22 "Spirit".
The Orcas were in foraging mode and moved up and down the island between Lime Kiln and Eagle Pt. We did witness a couple of breaches and a spyhop whilst we watched the Orcas.
We also witnessed L85 effortlessly surfing thorough 2-3' waves, providing a perfect example of how efficient and powerful Orcas are in the water!
On our way home we stopped off at the Chain Islets to show our guests the countless Harbour Seals & Pups, plus the new Seagull chicks:)
