Today we had our first encounter with Dalls Porpoise that were ready and eager to play in the bow wave of our vessel. Watching these speedy and acrobatic marine mammals glide through the water and play right in front of our bow wave is an incredible experience.
These speed demons seem to enjoy the bow wave of our Expeditions Catamaran more than any other vessel and we always get the most amazing encounters when they are in the right mood to play. It is a thrilling experience to stand on the front of our bow and look down and watch these Dalls at your feet:)
