T30's off San Juan Islands! June 10th, 2008.

Transient making a kill, possibly a Porpoise.

All the pictures above were provided by Ron Bates, MMRG.

This afternoon word came through that a group of Transient Orcas had been sighted near the San Juan Islands. Not long after our boat arrived on scene they identified the Transient Orcas as being the T30's.

Apart from the Transient Orcas our passengers also enjoyed watching Northern Elephant Seals, Sealions, Porpoise, Harbor Seals, Eagles and even a Tufted Puffin!
