Here are a few images from our wonderful afternoon encounter with members of J & K-pod off San Juan Island!
We headed over to San Juan Island again this afternoon to catch up with the Orcas we had seen in the morning. They had not moved very far from where we had left them earlier and as we got on scene we could see the two youngsters playing around:)
During our time with the Orcas we got to see foraging, spyhops, tailslaps and a number of breaches, it was an amazing afternoon.
On our way home we stopped at Trial Island and saw a Great Blue Heron, several Harbor Seals and a Bald Eagle!
