Here are just a few images from this mornings adventure with J-pod in fog off San Juan Island and a Gray Whale in Oak Bay!
We received reports early this morning that J-pod could be heard on the Lime Kiln Hydrophone. There was thick fog off the west side of San Juan Island this morning but it did not prevent us from finding several members of J-pod and having a wonderful encounter.
On our way home we stopped off at Oak Bay to show our passengers the Gray Whale that has been hanging out there for over a month. We also spotted a Bald Eagle and several Harbor Seal with new born Pups:)
