On Wednesday, July 4th we were treated to Transient Killer Whales T-10, T-10A, T-10C and the T-30's. These are the Marine Mammal Eaters and they were on the hunt for Harbour Seals and Harbour Porpoise.
It is one of the great mysteries how two such distinct Eco-types of Orcinus Orca (Fish-Eating Resident Killer Whales and Marine Mammal-Eating Transient Killer Whales)came to populate these waters and continue to live in relative harmony.
