Here are images by Ron Bates, MMRG, from todays tours that saw the return of Jpod and members of Lpod, plus Transient Orcas. The T30 group of Transient Orcas were observed trying to teach a youngster how to kill a Harbor Seal that was taking shelter on a kelp bed. This event went on for two hours until the Transients were distracted by the return of the Southern Resident Orcas and lost track of the Harbor Seal!
