Here are a few images by Ron Bates, MMRG, from today's encounter with a Humpback Whale and Transient Orcas.
Despite thick fog we managed to find the Humpback Whale and the Transient Orcas right by Race Rocks Ecological Reserve!
The Transient Orcas were in Race Rocks probably looking for Harbor Seals but were making the Steller & California Sea Lions very nervous as they are potential prey for Transient Orcas.
