Breaching Humpbacks!!! Oct11th 2007.

What an amazing sight we were treated to today during our 2pm trip! We were lucky enough to witness several breaches by Humpback Whales today during our 2.00pm tour and watching these large mammals launch themselves out of the water is a breathtaking sight.
There were at least 5 different Humpback Whales sighted in the Juan De Fuca Strait today, but our passengers witnessed the most spectacular action.
Please see the post above for more pictures and information from this incredulous trip!

The pics of the humpback whales you took Andrew on Oct 11/07 are absolutley awesome!! They are amazing and Neil and I felt very priveleged to see these incredible creatures! What an adventure! How do we download or buy some of these or all of these photos for our holiday album? Thank-you for a memorable day to keep for our 35th anniversary! Neil and Elma Hazel

To the Clarks and Hazel's,

I am so happy that you enjoyed this magical trip and agree that it was such a privilege to witness the Humpback Breach.

That trip was one of if not the most incredible experience I've had with Humpbck Whales, it really was breathtaking!

Feel free to download any of the pictures from the Blog. All you have to do is click on the thumbnail to bring up the full size image and then either select File ad save, or just right click your mouse and then save.

Alternatively send me your email address and I will be happy to send the original images. All I would ask is that you consider making a small donation to the Whale Research Centre.

It was a pleasure having you on board and I hope you will join us again in the future.

Regards,

Andrew
