Here are some more pictures from this stunning trip on October 11th. Apart from the amazing breaches and lunge feeding we also observed several Cartwheels by the Humpback and countless Tailslaps. Several Tail Flukes were also observed as the Humpback Whales went on deep dives.
We also saw an Elephant Seal at Race Rocks, Stellar and California Sealions and one Stellar with a Huge Salmon in its mouth being harassed by Gulls. I also spotted two Gulls fighting over a small fish close to the boat.
This was a spectacular trip and one of the most memorable Humpback Whale encounters I have ever witnessed.
