Today was a perfect spring day on the water full of wildlife and stunning scenery.

Our first stop was at Race Rocks MPA where we saw Northern Elephant Seals, California Sealions, Harbor Seals and various Marine Birds including Rhinoceros Auklets and Pigeon Guillemots.

We then ventured East and as we passed by Discovery Island started to spot Harbor Porpoise. Further into Haro Strait we came across a large number of these small Cetaceans feeding in the tide lines.

Next we headed towards Beaumont Shoals and here we found another species of Cetacean, Dalls Porpoise. These distinctive Black and White Porpoise can reach speeds of over 35mph when chasing prey!

On our way back to Victoria we stopped off at the Chain Islets to show our passengers the Harbor Seals, Cormorants and Harlequin Ducks.
