THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2009, Afternoon Cruise with Killer Whales, Steller Sea Lions & a Humpback Whale
When we get asked, "What's the best time of year to go whale watching?", we often tell prospective whale watchers that September and October are because of the diversity of marine mammals and excitement due to the unpredictability of what animals might be here and what behaviors they might be exhibiting.
Today was "proof in the pudding". Killer Whales, Steller Sea Lions and a Humpback Whale...all in 3-hours departing from one of the most beautiful cities in North America. Wow!
