THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, Morning Cruise with J pod of Southern Resident Killer Whales

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, Morning Cruise with J pod of Southern Resident Killer Whales

Q: What makes for a good time to go see Southern Resident "Fish-Eating" Killer Whales?
A: Fish.

It may sound like a joke told by a child, but it is no joke: If Resident Killer Whales can find fish to eat, then they will be seen in our waters feeding...If they can't, then they just have to reason to be here.

Today we saw plenty of fish, both Chinook and Pink Salmon. To help this return to being the norm and not the exception, please support Salmon Spawning Ground Restoration and Preservation.
