FRIDAY, AUGUST 28, 2009, Morning Trip, K & L pods of Resident (Fish-Eating) Killer Whales in Haro Strait
Well, well, look who came back after heading North last night to the Fraser River near Vancouver!!
As we hypothesized late yesterday, some of the 85 Killer Whales that headed away from us yesterday morning returned over-night. The distances that these Cetacea travel in less than 24 hours never ceases to amaze us.
