Aug 28th AM – Morning Superpod & Humpbacks!

This morning we encountered all 3 pods north of Dungeness Spit forming a Superpod! Jpod & members of Kpod were in the lead group and we identified J2 “Granny”, J34 “DoubleStuf”, K21 “Capuccinno” among others in the lead group. All 35 members of Lpod were trailing the lead group and were in resting formation. It was great to see L41 “Mega” and his sisters L77 & L94 plus their babies including L121 
We also got to see a couple of Humpback Whales this morning near Constance Bank. It was a fantastic morning!
